Ordering Your Custom Furniture

Ordering your custom furniture is a joint venture between the artisan and the customer. The internet is great for enhancing communication but it is no substitute for one-on-one communication to insure the customer get exactly what they had envisioned.

First look at the gallery if you see something you like, say a Walnut Rocking Chair. View our rocking chair gallery and make sure you view the detailed pictures. These photos are a great start to developing the piece conceptually.

When your ready to order your custom furniture please contact me. Then we can begin the process of designing your furniture.

Questions like:
How long should the Rocker be?
How many back slats should there be? 5, 7, 9, or 11
Should the chairs have ears?
Ears (the wood on each side of the upper headcrest)

Before I make an ounce of sawdust you will know exactly what I'm building because you helped define the look. You will also have, in writing, the complete definition of how the furniture will look, how long it will take to build (backlog plus actual building time), and how much It will cost.

Design Charges: Determined by job, rolled into purchase price

Deposit: 50% with balance at completion

Lead Time: 2 to 6 months, lead time quoted on receipt of order

Delivery: Best available shipper plus crating charge.
